The hours listed above are when the building is accessible for any decorating, event set-up, and post event clean-up by clients and their vendors. Magnolia Event Center does not allow alcohol or smoking on the property.


INCLUDED IN RENTAL

  • Exclusive use of the entire venue with Host(s) onsite during the event
  • Set-up + takedown of tables + chairs
  • Seating for up to 150 people (indoors or outdoors – more seating available for extra fee)
  • Round tables, buffet tables, cocktail tables, + farmhouse tables, along with choice of 25 linens
  • Access to use any of our centerpieces, vases, lanterns, tea lights + easels
  • Use of a commercial kitchen to warm food and/or to keep food/drinks cold
  • Two large, wall-mounted TVs, plus an 85" portable TV available on main floor
  • Baldwin grand self-player piano
  • Beautiful bridal suite with balcony, private restroom, TV + floor-to-ceiling mirror
  • Groom’s dressing room with private restroom, ping pong table + TV
  • Large backyard with waterfall + beautiful landscaping

EXTRAS

  • Indoor Ceremony (Includes set-up & take-down of 150 chairs, along with a ceremony rehearsal): $350
  • Outdoor Ceremony (Includes set-up & take-down of 150 chairs, along with a ceremony rehearsal): $500
  • Restaging an Event (Moving tables & chairs from one set-up to another): $200
  • Extra Round Tables over 19 (For reception/luncheon/dinner; each table includes 8 chairs): $75 per table
  • Extra Chairs over 150 (For Ceremony or Reception): $4 per chair
  • Extra Tables & Chairs Outside (Not including patio furniture): $50 per table
  • Extra Building Time (Not sold separately): $500/hour
  • Extra Staff to Bus Tables: $100 per hour
  • Outside Caterer (Not on preferred vendor list unless pre-approved): $300
